The first set of characters were the bystanders under Wes' window when he was declaring his love half naked for Wes.

The second time it became officially the Project Balthasar and it populated the Circeius with very interesting characters: Argi, Amparo, Bobo, Hytthia, Rudo and the accidental killer "the Lutenist" Lento, all of the acrobats and Circe's tailors Euryalo and Medusa, The Anises - husband wife and children - and Allegra! There was a fortune teller that did not make it but I will try to incorporate her now: Sybilla.
Nicoli was part of the project Balthasar too :D
